New pilot project \u2013 the e-mobility Hub for AfricroozE – The African e-Bike in Jinja \u2013 was designed and delivered by Asantys Systems GmbH, while we Asantys Systems East Africa Ltd. managed the installation and commissioning.

<\/span>The 7.47 kWp solar system with 15.36 kWh of battery storage now provides a reliable and consistent energy supply to support the hub. The e-bikes available at the hub enable sustainable transport, helping local farmers, entrepreneurs, and students move efficiently while reducing reliance on fossil fuels. With this project, we are contributing to the transition towards clean transport.

<\/span>During the installation and commissioning phase, our East Africa team resolved technical challenges (e.g. replacing three PV panels damaged during transportation), ensuring the system was completed successfully and on time. In addition, the local team was trained to support long-term operation and maintenance.
